She resigned her position in the Army to take on her most prized role as proud mom of four terrific children (two sets of twins!) Mrs. Hicks-Wozniak has performed with many ensembles to include the Albany Symphony and the Hudson Valley Philharmonic and she was principal saxophonist with the New Jersey Wind Symphony 2005-2018. Hemke, Patrick Meighan and Debra Richtmeyer. Currently an adjunct professor of music at Marist College and SUNY New Paltz, she was previously a visiting instructor of saxophone at Susquehanna University and on the faculty at the New England Music Camp. She has recently released a new recording, Playback, music for saxophone and bass trombone, which is available on iTunes, Amazon and Her sixth grade band director suggested the saxophone, and although she cried when she first saw the instrument, she has no regrets.
