COVID-19 INFORMATION FROM THE NEW JERSEY WIND SYMPHONY

May 3, 2020

A Message To Our Audience Members

With the health and safety of our audience members, musicians, staff, and communities in mind, the New Jersey Wind Symphony (NJWS) has decided to postpone our May 8th concert at West Side Presbyterian Church.

While we understand this is a great disappointment (for our audiences and our musicians), health and safety are our highest priority.

We recognize that many of you have already purchased tickets, either individually or as part of a subscription package, for the postponed March 20th and May 8th concerts. Of course, you may use these tickets at any rescheduled concerts in the coming months if we’re able to arrange them, but we would also like to offer you these additional options:

Use the tickets at any future NJWS concert at West Side Presbyterian Church through the end of our next season (June 2021).

Apply the value of the tickets toward the purchase of a 2020-2021 subscription when they become available. Details of this process will be sent to all 2019-20 subscribers and advance-purchase ticket holders prior to subscriptions going on sale for next year.

Donate the value of the tickets to the NJWS. As a nonprofit organization, the NJWS relies on the generosity of our audience members and donors. By donating the value your ticket, you are helping us to continue to provide high quality musical experiences to you and our community.

NJWS concerts will resume once we are confident that it is safe to hold public events.

We send our best wishes for your health and well-being and look forward to performing for you again.
